Advent/September Intake – Distance Learning with one-week residency on Mukono campus every six months

To qualify for admission to this Programme, beyond the normal graduate Programme requirements, the candidate must:
• Have organizational management experience;

• Applicants need to have an undergraduate degree from a recognized university with a minimum second lower (2:2).

Three years, with maximum of five years to complete

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management Programme in the Faculty of Business and Administration focuses on knowledge and skills from business in light of Christian principles, through individual research, professor guidance and peer-to-peer engagement. Emphasis is on application of principles to everyday work.

Content in the coursework includes, among others: servant and women’s leadership, impact of teaching and learning, strategic management, integrity and finance, research methodology, spiritual formation, conflict management, ethical living and leadership, fundraising, partnerships and development.

Career prospects upon completing this degree can be found in local, national and international government, church, non- profit and private sectors with such titles as: finance manager, human resource manager, organizational strategist, culture and diversity specialist, development and social change specialist, conflict management, transformation consultant, and adult learning specialist.
