The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration) warmly welcomes all new students and continuing students to the Advent (September) Semester 2026.
Please be advised as follows on the Fees Structure per the attached memo.
Tuition fees
Tuition fees for all academic programmes remain unchanged from the previous semester.
Functional fees
Functional fees for the Advent Semester 2026 are charged per semester as follows:

Other fees
In addition to tuition and functional fees, students are charged the following:
- National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) Fees — UGX 20,000 per year
- Church Mission Fund — UGX 10,000 per year
- Foundation Fee — UGX 20,000 per year
- COUHELA Research Fee — UGX 20,000 per semester

Registration requirement
To maintain uninterrupted access to lectures and course work, students are required to complete full registration with a payment of at least 45% of their tuition fees by Friday, 28 August 2026.
