Church Relations office is one of the departments of Uganda Christian University under the directorate of the Vice Chancellor’s division, established in 2017 with the aim to manage and coordinate Church-University Relations to ensure that the Church, is current about the University.
Secondly, to build, sustain the good working relationship between the University and its founding body the Church of Uganda.
Our Mission
We work to connect churches to the resources of Uganda Christian University and also connect students with the broader Christian church community. As the Apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Philippians, “In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 1:4-6)
Mandate
Church Relations department is mandated to link the church of Uganda to the resources of Uganda Christian university.
Uganda Christian University is the training arm of the church of Uganda mandated to foster both professional, theological and leadership training.
