    About the symposium

The symposium defines research and innovation broadly and welcomes work from every discipline. Droughts, floods, rising sea levels and food and water insecurity are treated as reasons to work together: to build capacity, share knowledge and solve problems jointly.

    • Presenters give a paper or poster from an approved abstract, are cited in the Symposium Programme and published in the UCU Research Monograph.
    • Exhibitors show their work at stalls in Agape Square.
    • Observers attend every session free of charge.
Presenters talk visitors through their findings at the poster session.
