Uganda Christian University (UCU) is excited to invite eligible firms and individuals to pre-qualify and bid for a wide range of works, services, and supplies for the 2026-2028 period.

Under Supplies, opportunities include:

  1. Office stationery,
  2. Fuel (diesel and petrol)
  3. ICT equipment and software,
  4. Furniture,
  5. Medical drugs,
  6. Sports items,
  7. Library books, and more.

Services cover:

  1. Printing
  2. ICT maintenance
  3. Catering,
  4. Security
  5. Legal services
  6. Hotel accommodations, among others.

Works encompass:

  1. Construction & renovations
  2. Road maintenance.

Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders, with documents available starting October 1, 2025, from the Procurement Office in the Pilkington Building, UCU Main Campus, Mukono, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000 per item (account details to be provided).

Submissions, in sealed envelopes labeled “Pre-qualification for the Supply/Provision of [Item Name] for 2026-2028,” must be addressed to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance & Administration), P.O. Box 4, Mukono, and delivered by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Bid opening will occur on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Principals’ Hall, Bishop Tucker Building, UCU Main Campus, with all bidders welcome to attend.
