• Master’s degree in education administration and management; OR
• Certified and approved equivalents of the above.
Three years, maximum of six years to complete
The doctoral-level study of education administration and management is a fairly new concept on
the African continent. The Doctor of Education Administration and Management Programme includes face-to-face discussions with subject-matter experts as well as individualized research that is designed to elevate education administrators to a higher level of quality management for a better business model of solutions and professionalism.
Content within six courses offered in the first three modules includes: education management models, organization management differences, history of human relations and social science movements, classic and modern administration theories, paradigm of theory and research and Africa empirical evidence in organizational theory.
Upon completing this degree, students are qualified to better lead education organizations and institutions as well as to teach at the university level.
