The School of Journalism, Media and Communication offers a three-year Bachelor of Mass Communication (BAMC) and a two-year modular Master of Arts in Strategic Communication (MASC). The curriculum is geared towards training professionals for practice in the Journalism and Communication sectors. Courses offered cover a range of areas including Media Law, Media Theory and Media Ethics; Print, Broadcast and Digital/Online Journalism; Photojournalism, Public Relations and Social and Behaviour Change Communication, Media Management and Communication Management.
