Uganda Christian University (UCU) continues to celebrate academic excellence with its vibrant graduation ceremonies, marking significant milestones for students and the institution.

The latest UCU graduation saw 1,189 students receive their degrees, with 673 female graduates (57%) and 516 male graduates (43%).Among them, 60 students achieved first-class honors, showcasing the university’s commitment to academic excellence.

UCU made a bold move by introducing blue graduation gowns, replacing the traditional black ones. The university aims to rebrand and enhance the student experience, ensuring that its graduates stand out.

For the first time, UCU introduced a student-driven award, recognizing Mutono Brian as the Most Influential Male Student. He was voted by peers for his contributions to student leadership and engagement.
