Uganda Christian University's new block in Mbale town

The building was secured from former Fufa treasurer Mr Michael Okiror, and is to be named the Prof Stephen Noll house and will accommodate about 2,000 students.

“This is to inform you that the premises have been officially handed over to the said buyers UCU after satisfying the legal requirements pertaining to the mortgage,” reads the handover report signed by Mr Micheal Agaba of Trust Masters Court Baillifs and Auctioneers Ltd.

While receiving the building on behalf of UCU Mbale campus, the director of the campus Rev. Micheal Okwi Esakhan revealed that the building was procured from DFCU Bank.

The Mbale campus is to be transformed into a full-fledged constituent college.
